Botticelli should paint my portrait. He knows how to make rounded people look sensuous and beautiful, like angels. Mind you, I’d hope he’d learnt to put my breasts in the right place after all this time.
Rubens wouldn’t do a bad job either, given his penchant for portraying the true volutpuousness of the female form ….but there is still that pesky problem with the boobs.
El Greco would be fantastic. He elongates everything.
As for a living painter, I would choose Lucien Freud because even his ‘warts ‘n all’ depictions are still masterpieces.
So I’m conservative….but at least my painting would be worth a fortune.
